President’s Award for Professional Excellence. This award was announced
and given to Louise at our recent professional development conference in
Binghamton.
Louise has worked for Friends of Strong for the past seventeen years. In
this capacity, she has interacted with thousands of volunteers. Because
Louise has the gift of making everyone feel special, she has had
positive impact on thousands of lives.
In addition to touching the lives of volunteers, she has also affected
the lives and careers of many NYSADVS members. Louise has contributed to
the growth of NYSADVS for the past seventeen years. She has served on
the conference committee and board in numerous capacities. Regardless of
the assignment, Louise fulfills every task with diligence, integrity and
professionalism.
Thank you, Louise for respecting the profession and extending this
respect to all NYSADVS members. Most important, congratulations on this
well deserved honor!
A special note from Louise
June 11, 2007
Dear NYSADVS Members,
What a wonderful honor it was to be chosen as the first recipient of the
President’s Award for Professional Excellence! Thank you very much! It
means a great deal to me to be chosen by an organization I love so much.
The engraved pewter tray is beautiful and I will use it often, thinking
of you every time. NYSADVS has many, many members deserving of this
award and I look forward to having them join me in future years!
The conference was excellent - so many new ideas and terrific
networking!
Again, many thanks for a great 3 days and a meaningful award.
Fondly,
Louise Criticos
